Pennmom Reviews: Looking For Aliens CE

🛸 I’M NOT SAYING IT WAS ALIENS…BUT, IT WAS ALIENS! 👽

The Truth Is Out There! I just spent 19 hours with hundreds of thousands of aliens in every size, shape, and form. These were sneaky little alien buggers hidden in unimaginable places as they tried to infiltrate our planet.

Looking for Aliens is similar to Hidden Folks and Hidden Through Time, but way more fun because there are so many interactive gadgets. You can interact with almost everything, you’ll need to check under boulders, open doors, boxes, and hatches to find the objects and/or aliens shown at the bottom of the screen. As you progress, you’ll have to adjust satellite dishes, uncover activation buttons, and deactivate cloaking devices, just to name a few of the interactive tasks!

If you can’t find an object (pictured items at the bottom of the screen), you can click on the picture to get a nudge in the right direction with a riddled clue as to its whereabouts in the scene.

Each scene has a hidden Collectible Card. They have added star glints to the general area where the card can be found. There are optional quests in each level to find a particular alien multiple times as he tries to avoid capture (far left bottom corner).

One of my favorite features was eating all the food and turning on all of the Computer Monitors. There are 59 Achievements, two of which require you to eat 10-100 Food Items and turn on 10-50 Monitors, but I just couldn’t stop and turned on hundreds of computers and ate everyone’s food all the way through Level 25!

By the time I reached Level 10, it had become quite clear that Yustas Games has crazy mad developing skills. This may look like an ordinary hidden object game with simplistic graphics, but once you get into the game, you quickly realize that this is a highly complex puzzle game that obviously requires some genius coding!

“We must ask ourselves…are they really a hoax? Are we truly alone? Or are we being lied to?”
— Fox Mulder, The X-Files, Season 10: My Struggle

Find this game in the Tales from Beyond Vol. 4 – 5 Pack or the Best of Paranormal Mysteries – 15 Pack.

Happy gaming!

  1. I was just wondering can we expect more series specific compilations? Stuff like Awakenings seems like the perfect fit for your collections. Also is there anywhere people can request physical re-releases of specific games that aren’t part of a long series?

    1. Thank you for your feedback! Yes, send us your game recommendations and what you’d like to see join our catalog either through commenting or sending us an email at [email protected]. While we can’t promise we’ll be able to acquire every title, we’ll do our best! Plus, we love to hear about which games you want to play! 😄

Also, I’d recommend checking out our Upcoming Releases blogs for a sneak peak about which game packs are coming soon- some will be series specific!
