Plans & Billing
Your credit card on file will first be charged on the day you subscribe. From then on, you will be charged on the first of each month.
For example, if you first subscribed on October 10th, you can get your free game or monthly reward coupon during sign-up. You will next be charged on November 1st and receive your Hero Club monthly reward coupon.
On your My Account page, select the Hero Club Subscription tab. From there, you can view your active membership subscription. Click on the Change Payment button and select your preferred payment method.

To show our appreciation, we will honor our old Superhero & Ultimate Hero benefits. These membership tiers will receive their 3 or 5 game pack coupon, Game of the Month (cannot be chosen), and still participate in Hero Club sales, each time their subscription renews.
You are not able to switch between tiers after October 1st. Once canceled, you cannot rejoin these outdated tiers.
You cannot have two active memberships at once, cancel your current Hero Club membership first. Then, you’re free to join the newly improved, single tier Hero Club program and get these rewards!
