1. Program Overview

Legacy Games is offering and operating the Points Program, a loyalty and rewards program that allows Legacy Games account holders to earn and redeem Points Program points (“Legacy Games Points”) and other incentives. Legacy Games Points are earned by completing the activities specified in Section 4 below or as otherwise instructed by Legacy Games. Legacy Games Points are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and may only be redeemed as specified in Section 5 of these Points Program Terms or as otherwise directed by Legacy Games.

2. Modification

Legacy Games reserves the right to change or eliminate the Points Program and all or any portion of these Points Program Terms or any policy pertaining to the Points Program at any time and in its discretion, including our right to discontinue or change the benefits or change the expiration date of Legacy Games Points received under the Points Program, merge the Points Program with another loyalty or rewards program, or to adjust how Legacy Games Points are earned, calculated, or redeemed. If we make changes, we will post the amended Points Program Terms and update the date above. We may also attempt to notify you in other ways. Unless we say otherwise, the amended Points Program Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Points Program after the amended Points Program Terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Points Program Terms, you must stop participating in the Points Program.

3. Joining the Points Program

All Legacy Games accounts are enrolled in the Points Program, and there are no membership fees associated with the Points Program. If you have a Legacy Games account, you can view how many Legacy Games Points you have earned and redeemed on your account page.

4. Earning Legacy Games Points

Legacy Games Points may only be earned as stated in this Section and may not be purchased.

1. Earning Legacy Games Points on purchases. When you make a purchase through eligible Legacy Games Offerings, you will earn Legacy Games Points based on the purchase price. Any Legacy Games Points to be awarded will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
   
   For most users, you are limited to earning 100 Legacy Games Points per $1.00 of the purchase price. Taxes, fees, and discounts from redeemed Legacy Games Points are excluded and ineligible for earning Legacy Games Points on. Purchases from Restricted Offerings are also ineligible for earning Legacy Games Points on.
   

2. Earning Legacy Games Points from Rewards Club. When you complete eligible activities through Legacy Games Offerings, you will earn Legacy Games Points based on guidelines decided by Legacy Games.
   
   These activities include, but are not limited to: signing up for a Legacy Games Account, completing the first purchase on a Legacy Games account, spending $75+ on one purchase, leaving a review, and referring a friend with a unique referral link.

3. Earning Legacy Games Points from Legacy Games Superhero Club. If you have an active Legacy Games Superhero Club subscription, you will earn 21,000 Legacy Games Points each time your paid subscription renews. You will also earn 21,000 Legacy Games Points when your free trial ends.

5. Using or Redeeming Points Program Legacy Games Points

Legacy Games Points may be redeemed by converting points into coupons. Eligible points to coupons conversions are as follows: 1,500 points for a $1.00 coupon; 4,500 points for a $3.00 coupon; 7,500 points for a $5.00 coupon; 10,500 points for a $7.00 coupon; and 21,000 points for a $14.00 coupon.


One coupon may be used per purchase at checkout. Legacy Games Hero Club subscriptions and purchases from Restricted Offerings are ineligible and Legacy Games Points cannot be redeemed for such purchases. To redeem Legacy Games Points, log into your Legacy Games account and go through the checkout process.

Legacy Games Points closest to expiring will automatically be applied to purchases first.
Legacy Games Points cannot be used on previous orders.

Legacy Games Points, discounts, and special offers are non-transferrable, non-assignable, and may not be shared. Legacy Games Points are promotional and have no cash value. Your Legacy Games Points and your Legacy Games account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred (by operation of law or otherwise) or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You are responsible for any taxes related to your participation in the Points Program.

6. Points Expiration

UNUSED LEGACY GAMES POINTS EXPIRE YEAR FROM THE DATE THEY ARE EARNED. EXPIRED LEGACY GAMES POINTS ARE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR LEGACY GAMES POINTS BALANCE.

7. Returns and Legacy Games Points Refunds

If you return purchases that you purchased in whole or in part with Legacy Games Points, you will be refunded the amount you paid (excluding the value of the Legacy Games Points). So, if you place an order totaling $100 for one item and redeemed Legacy Games Points to receive a $10 discount, then we will refund $90 to your original method of payment. However, Legacy Games will not credit the Legacy Games Points redeemed for the refunded purchase back to your account. Note that if you purchase multiple items in a single transaction your redeemed Legacy Games Points are applied proportionally to each item. A return of any one item will result in a refund of the amount you paid (excluding the value of the proportionally-applied redeemed Legacy Games Points). If you obtain a refund for a product you purchased using your Legacy Games account, any Legacy Games Points you accrued from the purchase of the returned item will automatically be deducted from your Legacy Games account.

8. Miscellaneous

Legacy Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Legacy Games account and your participation in the Points Program, with or without notice, if Legacy Games determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Points Program Terms or that the use of your Legacy Games account or your participation in the Points Program is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Additionally, if your Legacy Games account is suspended or terminated for any other reason it will result in the suspension or termination of your participation in the Points Program. If your participation in the Points Program is terminated, you will not be able to redeem any accumulated Legacy Games Points.
