Adam Wolfe 1-4
Adam Wolfe is very unique and well done. It is heavy on the adventure and light on the HOS. It has a map that shows you where you have an action you can take and lets you hop to locations. Your clues and info are stored on a cell phone. You have a gun, a time-travel watch, a “focus” button. There are plenty of mini games or puzzles. There is a hint button at the bottom and a skip button at the top. The story would make good movie material.

Ah, yes. I’ve bought this 3 different times now (disc, Steam, Legacy). This game has certainly aged well. It leans toward horror, has plenty of HOS and puzzles/mini games. You’re driving late and night and end up at an old castle. Prepare for goose bumps and to jump a few times at unexpected events as you wind your way from room to room and upwards throughout. You’ll find an unlikely aid to solving this mystery and an unlikely foe. It has a really good journal that keeps clues and more, a hint button, and a map in the form of a scroll. The map shows available actions. Some live actors were used. This was not a rush-for-profit game.
I don’t like horror games, but this one is so well made, IMO, that I make exception for it. It is an old gem.
