How do I buy a game?
Click on the "Buy Full Version" button on the game's web page. Please make sure that you have successfully installed the free trial version, before attempting to buy.
After purchasing a game, how do I get access to the full version?
Just click on the game icon on your desktop, the same way you did before buying the full version. When you purchased the game it should have been unlocked automatically, and the full version should be ready to play. If the game wasn't automatically unlocked, simply enter your registration key which was sent to you in your confirmation email.
To enter the registration key, access your confirmation email. (This is the email that was sent to you to confirm your purchase of the game.) In that email you will find the Registration Key. The Registration Key has a special code of numbers and letters. Copy the Registration Key. Open the game. Click on the Button that says, "Enter Registration Key." Enter the Registration Key in the space provided.

The receipt containing the activation code and record of the sale is automatically sent to the email address that you provide at the time of the purchase. Be sure your junk mail filter is not too sensitive and that your web server and your own email settings are not blocking messages from Legacy, Trymedia, Gamehouse, RegNow or Bigfish Games. If you do not receive your receipt immediately after purchase, contact us, so we can resend.

Some systems such as AOL may prevent you from downloading the games. Please check your system settings (such as your AOL security controls) and temporarily decrease your security level while you try to download. If you still cannot download the games, contact us.

The registration code is sometimes not required, in which case the game should be automatically unlocked. If you experience technical difficulties, try using the registration code provided in the automatic purchase confirmation email sent to you. (This is the email that was sent to you to confirm your purchase of the game.) Follow these steps:
- 1. Copy the Registration Key. The Registration Key is a special code of numbers and letters.
- 2. Open the game.
- 3. Click on the Button that says, "Enter Registration Key."
- 4. Enter the Registration Key.
I didn't receive a confirmation letter and don't have a registration key. What should I do?
If you purchased the game from us, we sent you a confirmation letter. If you haven't received it then you may have entered a wrong Email address or had a problem with your Email. Make sure your email is not over its storage capacity or the email hasn't ended up in your spam folder. Still can't find it? Contact us.
Back to topMy registration key doesn't work. The game says: "Wrong Email or Key". What can I do?
Your registration code can be used only on the same computer that you used to purchase the game. There are no O's (letters) only 0 (zeros, numbers). To avoid mistakes Copy and Paste both the registration code and the Email address from your confirmation letter as explained here:
- 1. Put your mouse cursor on the left of the key (or text) you would like to copy. Left-click on the mouse and drag it over the text you wish to highlight. You need to be accurate. Release your mouse button. You will see the text highlighted.
- 2. Now, when the cursor is on the highlighted area, right-click once on the mouse, a little menu will open. Choose (left-click once): Copy. The text is now copied.
- 3. Move to the document or area (the registration bar) you wish that text to be placed. Place the cursor there.
- 4. When you're there, right-click once to let the little menu open again. Left click on Paste. Now you should have the entire key number as it is in the right place.
Still get an error message? Please contact us and provide full details of your purchase (the email address you used when purchasing, order number, game name) and the exact error messages that you are getting. Contact Us.

Not necessarily - email confirmation messages refer to one order and provide only one order number. If you think you have been charged more than once, please check with your financial institution to verify the multiple charges. If you do discover multiple charges being made against your account, please contact us immediately. Please include your name, address, product purchased, and all of the transaction numbers associated with the multiple charges.

If you have not received the confirmation and/or registration information for your purchase within 24 hours, please contact us immediately. You may have spelled your delivery email address wrong, you may have specified delivery to a different email address, or you may have the security-level set too high on your mail account, so that our email to you ended up in your spam folder.

There are 3 possible reasons why your credit card is being declined:
- 1. You may be trying to use a card we do not accept. We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club and JCB cards. If your card does not have one of these logos on the front (for example Debit Cards/Switch/Solo), it will not work with our automated system.
- 2. If you live outside of the United States, you must be using a card that can make purchases in US dollars.
- 3. You may have insufficient credit to cover the cost of the purchase. If this is the issue, please contact your bank directly to resolve the issue and try again.
Can I order the game on a CD-ROM?
Only Legacy Interactive's games are available on CD-ROM. You can purchase them from our website. Click here.

There are no shipping or tax surcharges on our downloaded products, because they are downloaded directly from our servers. If you choose the option to purchase a CD, however, there will be an additional shipping fee reflected in your cart.
