In Settlers: Rise of an Empire, the player creates their own empire of bustling cities in a captivating medieval world. However, threats are always looming so you must be prepared to defend your mighty kingdom. Powered by RenderWare, everything is visible, highly detailed, and real. Each character has his own life, which can always be observed by the player. The game offers you a deep but always comprehensible economy system with various recourses and goods which are produced and gathered by the different professions. The ultimate goal of the game is to expand your empire to become a legendary King.

This is the best of the series so far, imo. It's a simulation city-building game, with less micromanagement than previous versions. Most of your time is spent developing a medieval city, which involves constructing resource-gathering huts, castle walls, and trading with other villages. You also need to recruit soldiers. Quests are mostly about building rather than fighting, which I prefer. It's not perfect, and hogs resources, but I liked it.

This game is good i played it,it is awesome my son told me about it i love strategy games and erm one little thing more when i started to play it i somehow love to build a things a houses and to lead a army to a battle all from me.
