We don't have a demo yet, but there will be some flash games coming soon. The flash games are taken from minigames that feature in the actual version, so check them out once they go live. :)

Paul - Yes, it will. It is also available for pre-order on Amazon. Olmedoho - It is very similar to the series, and a lot of effort went into staying true to the characters as they appear in the series (check out the Gamertell preview that talks about that). :)

Both the PC and DS House, MD games are nearly ready to go, but Legacy is waiting until September, closer to when the new season begins, before releasing the games at retail and online. I know it's hard to wait, but we hope to reach the most House fans this way. We really appreciate all of your patience and enthusiasm!

Secondly, Alan Wake and Splinter Cell Conviction taking a long time for development (a 10-20 hour game and a 12-16 hour game, respectively) has nothing to do with what Legacy has done - repeatedly give release dates (March, April, May, then May 10th specifically, June, now late June) that were false. I am not saying a game should be hastily developed, I am saying you should not hastily offer release dates when you are not prepared to put out a quality finished product.

The response below me is blatantly dishonest. At E3 in June of the 2009, Sony stated God of War III was slated for a March 2010 release. In January 2010 they published an official release date on the Playstation blog: March 16th, 2010, the exact release date in North America. Red Dead Redemption was scheduled to be released April 27th, and was released instead on May 18th in North America - all of 22 days not even close to 3-6 months.

God of war 3 and red dead redemption among alot of other high selling games were pushed back three to six months back before they finally made their street date. when its finished it will be released. Alan wake took five years and splinter cell conviction took four years.

This happens a lot in the video game industry? Hmm...seems to me that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, God of War III, Red Dead Redemption (and on, and on) all came out on time and those are top grossing, highly anticipated games. You're flat out wrong. While I agree that it's best if the developers think the game needs improvement to then improve upon it, don't say this "happens all the time."

No, it's not on Amazon yet. We've been to change the date on Amazon to reflect a July ship date, since the retail version will be ready after the downloadable version.

Im tired of hearing people whining about the release date being pushed back! Don't you understand that they are only postponing the release date in order to improve the game? This happens alot in the video game industry. You don't get a discount for complaining so just be quiet or learn to be patient.

The release date is currently set for June for the PC version, and September for DS. The developers want to make sure it's perfect before release, and a few new features have been added to enhance the game play, which is why it's taken longer than anticipated. We apologize for the delay, but the new additions really add to the game experience, which is of course very important to us. We will try to keep everyone updated on the progress in the forum.

i think this is the worst customer relation i have ever seen.unexceptable. i hope this company realized that people are going to end up just giving up on this game all together and not buying it . hell now its sometime in may to be released well there is only a week and half left in may so i'm sure its not going to happen. also if the game is having this many issues for it not to be release on time then why should we pay 20 dollars for it. i know i'm sure having second thoughts on buying it.

I'm glad to see other people are just as irritated! I am in disbelief of legacy's indifference to their customers...why not provide some updated info to your customers who have been waiting for the release date instead of just replacing the release date back to coming soon again??? How can you send out a newsletter to members with a may 10th release date and then not release it or follow up with an explanation? I'm sick of checking the site and think they've lost my business.

I agree with many of the posts expressing frustration in this purchase process. I was trying to think of getting the game as a puzzle in and of itself, but after much wasted time repeatedly refreshing the site during two announced "release" days, my patience is growing thin. I hope Legacy will offer some sort of reconciliation when the game is finally released (e.g., a small discount for those of us being jerked around).

Your story keeps changing, the release was set in stone as 10th of May. Then you said that there was a delay and you were aiming to release it with the season finale of House, which was last night, and now all you're saying is that it's some time in May. Combined with the fact that you're running a competition for the first people to buy the game, you're making a lot of customers angry and frustrated. All we ask for is a little communication.

Only a few people have actually seen the finished game, so there couldn't be reviews yet. The beta was limited and didn't include all the features, plus some things were changed. It would actually be better if everyone waited until release to post reviews, so they can see the final version. :)

I really enjoyed the beta. There will be a few changes in the minigames in the final version, from what I've heard. The cases remind me of the show, even with the off-color jokes and humor. And those diseases -- can you even imagine??? I thought the art style was great, because it looks like the actual actors. It's sort of like an interactive series of episodes from the show.
