It's a very challenging building game, where you build up a marina and manage it (telling the boats where to dock, etc). It's really, really hectic, and the tutorial is involved, so expect a learning curve. However, I liked it once I got the hang of it. I just wish there wasn't so much focus on building the docks, and more on the businesses and boardwalk.

I'll say this for Youda games...all of their stuff is original. Quirky, and sometimes weird, but original!
