I played this game and thought it was an interesting new concept. I didn't buy this game though.

Some people on other boards argue that this hidden object game has occult themes, so be forewarned. But anyway, the game itself is dark and creepy, and an average HOG. The length and endings are good, but the minigame puzzles are hard.

I read tarot cards, and don't find them “occult” at all...they were the only cards allowed by the Catholic church during the Renaissance, and most of the symbolism comes from the Tora (first 5 books of the old testament). The rest of the symbolism is drawn from Ancient Greek and Egyptian mythology, and that is minimal. I find the cards spiritual, actually, but to each his own.

The pentagram in this game is what bothered most people, but that is also a misunderstood symbol. The top point of the star symbolizes spirit or God, which is why it is supposed to be right side up (spirit above material elements). When it's upside down, it means earthly pleasures above spirit, which is why it has a negative connotation.
